'Hello everyone!
Just a brief note to let everyone know that I am back at home two weeks after suffering a heart attack while in Vancouver General Hospital being treated for a totally unrelated medical problem.
Talk about having horseshoes, being in a hospital when your life just about ends!
I have been given a new life and I intend to enjoy the hell out of it.
My eternal thanks to my life partner who stayed at my side the entire time, my brother, my family and many others who just are finding out about this now.
Love life, embrace tightly those you love and don't waste a single moment of living.
