I'm A Believer - Benefit for the Utopia Gristmill restoration project
He's sold 65 million records as a member of The Monkees TV show and he's finally coming back to Toronto! July 10th at the Capitol Event Theatre, 2492 Yonge Street.
Micky Dolenz will headline a benefit concert to help fund the restoration of the historic Bell's Gristmill in Utopia, Ontario (just west of Barrie). Dolenz will be singing many of his favourite hits including "Last Train to Clarksville", "Stepping Stone", "I'm a Believer" and others Monkees hits.
Toronto's 80's band The Spoons will kick off the night. They had a string of CHUM Chart Top 10 hits including "Tell No Lies" and "Nova Heart".

PRESS RELEASES: The Art Of John Lennon Exhibit Comes To Toronto!
The Art of John Lennon opens this Thursday, June 17 at BCE PLace, 181 Bay St. in downtown Toronto.
Featuring 20 new releases never before shown in Canada, along with many rare editions and original drawings, this is the largest touring exhibition of Lennon’s art in North America.
The show is free to the public, and the hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday; 10 to 6 on Sunday. Many of the artworks will be available for purchase . with prices ranging from $300 to $20,000 CDN. Artwork catalogs and t-shirts will also be available.
This will be the only Canadian showing this year, so we hop to see you there!

For decades, music lovers flocked to their favourite record bar to pick up the new CHUM CHART to follow the latest hit music. "CHUM's Hit Parde', compiled according to Record and Sheet Music Sales, Coin Machine Operators and Radio requests as determined by the CHUM weekly survey. Hard Headed Woman by Elvis Presley was number 1 on the CHUM CHART on July 21st, 1958, and had been on the chart for 5 weeks. On September 11th, 1961, Little Sister/His Latest Flame by Elvis Presley was number 1 after only 4 weeks on the CHUM CHART.
